Lainy and I enjoyed the outdoors today as much as we could stand the heat and the gnats. Lainy was all ready to go with her sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. She played with her new ball and caught bubbles. The highlight of the outdoor adventure was the love/hate relationship with Laurel. As you'll see in the pictures, it all started out good - they shared some moments, Lainy tried to give her a drink of her cup and then it all went south. Lainy grabbed her ear and then Laurel "sprung" into action and Lainy has her first Laurel scratches. I must have caught the image before the attack because after the last picture Laurel jumped, Lainy screamed and I dropped the camera. She is okay, just a couple of scratches. She has already tried it again, so it must not have hurt that bad - ahhh, sisters!
